Web site Portals that allow a "one-stop" for access to information and contacts of interest to ESPD Project staff. Communities include Formulation, Implementation and Operations

IN-REACH ACTIVITIES
Provide resources of general interest to the ESPD staff including Lessons Learned TV, ESPD newsletter, on-site tours, guest speakers and news

PEOPLE-TO-PEOPLE
Offer methods to find and connect with others including; informal mentors, retirees and points-of-contact within the GSFC community

IMPROVED PROCESSES FOR SHARING LESSONS LEARNED
Application of data mining techniques to extract, organize and disseminate relevant lessons when they are needed to those who can benefit from them

PROJECT CONTACTS
Lessons Learned Coordinators will act as project representatives to support capture and develop feedback. Focus groups and surveys have provided useful suggesstions on sharing Lessons Learned.

ESPD LESSONS LEARNED

ESPD, the Earth Science Project Division, has initiated a pilot to improve sharing of lessons learned among projects.
